    Our online sessions are perfect for those looking for flexibility and privacy. We use Zoom and a HIPAA-compliant portal to keep everything secure. Sessions are weekly, 50 minutes long, and tailored to your specific goals.

    If you’re located in Portland and prefer to meet face-to-face, you can book in-person sessions at our cozy office in the Alberta Arts District. This calming, plant-filled space is designed to help you feel grounded and at ease.

    This optional add-on is for clients looking to deepen their healing through gentle body-based practices (like breathwork, grounding, or movement). Ideal for clients working through trauma or dissociation, and always paced with care.

Once we’re aligned, we’ll schedule your first full session. You’ll meet with your therapist weekly in a supportive, non-judgmental space — virtually or in-person. Together, you’ll co-create goals that matter to you.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about guiding you back to yourself. With consistent sessions, gentle somatic work, and trauma-informed tools, you’ll begin to move through what’s been holding you back and reconnect with your inner resilience.

  • Your first session is all about getting to know each other. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, your goals, and how we can work together. There’s no pressure — just a supportive, judgment-free space.

  • Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions so you can connect from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

  • Sessions are $150 for 50 minutes. We also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots — feel free to ask during your consult.

  • We are out-of-network with insurance, but we can provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement.

  • Most clients meet weekly to build momentum, but we’ll find a rhythm that fits your needs and lifestyle.

  • That’s completely okay — you don’t need to know what to say or where to start. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.
